Josh Kos, Owner and President

Josh is the 3rd generation owner of Olsen Tuckpointing Company. Josh has over 24 years’ experience as a Union Journeyman – Allied Bricklayers & Craftworkers. Initially learning the business from his grandfather, Olsen’s first owner, he worked for his uncle, Rich Olsen, for over 2 decades learning both the craft and the business’s customer service and satisfaction policies. Honing his business management expertise while estimating and working with the job crews for the past 5 years, Josh has acquired the skills necessary to continue and grow the business. His mission is to ensure the entire company meets the highest standards of quality workmanship and safety.

Robert Paster, Tuckpointing Supervisor

Bob has over 35 years experience in bricklaying and tuckpointing. Bob is an artist when it comes to brickwork, with an eye to design, improvements, and long-term solutions. Bob manages the tuckpointing side of the business - providing estimates and overseeing safety and quality assurance to residential and commercial customers.
